Bloom tells a tale of the taming of light and nature. Initially recorded on film, the sequence begins in the blurred obscurity of a clandestine foray into the Vincennes Floral Park. There is very little light for the film until the sudden intrusion of a 2000-watt movie spotlight shining on some dandelions and trig- gering – at night – the blooming of their seeds.
